Free Shipping Across India 🇮🇳
We are pleased to offer FREE shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a small convenience fee may apply at checkout.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
- Handwoven, made-to-order, or specially curated products may require additional processing time.
- In such cases, the estimated dispatch timeline will be mentioned on the product page.

Delivery timelines may vary during festivals, public holidays, natural disruptions, or courier delays.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

Packaging
Every Naarangi Crafts saree is packed securely to protect its fabric, weaving, and craftsmanship during transit.
Our packaging is designed to ensure your saree reaches you in pristine condition.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners generally make multiple delivery attempts.
If delivery cannot be completed due to:
- Incorrect address
- Unreachable phone number
- Customer unavailable
the shipment may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply.
Address Changes
If you need to modify your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
Once an order has been dispatched, address changes may not be possible.
Damaged or Tampered Packages
If your package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery:
- Do not accept the package.
- Take clear photos of the package.
- Contact us immediately within 24 hours.
Our support team will assist you promptly.
